Fill in the repair request document available for download in the resources section. Put it in your endoscope case. You will receive also a transport voucher to stick on the case. Then, wait for a transporter to come pick your equipment. We work with major carriers such as FedEx, UPS, DHL and TNT.
In most cases, we are able to provide customers with a quote within 24 hours of receiving the device in our workshop. It may take longer if we need to perform an image search on your device.
According to our statistics, it takes between 2 and 10 days depending on the malfunction or dysfunction of your device.

Europe Endoscope offers a 182-days parts and labor warranty on all repairs. Our warranty covers defects in parts and fabrication, but does not cover damage resulting from misuse, handling or negligence.
If you wish, Europe Endoscope can provide you with free loaner device for the duration of your repair.
